The Order of the Knights of Rizal held its Strategic Planning Conference for Rizalian Year 2014-2016 on August 2-3, 2014 at the International Headquarters, Manila. Participants of the said event were the Supreme Council, Council of Leaders, Regional Commanders, Area Commanders, Chapter Commanders and Representatives from various counterpart organizations such as Las Damas De Rizal - Philippines and Kabataang Pangarap ni Rizal (KAPARIZ).

Sir Maximo S. Salazar, KGOR facilitated the discussions which mainly focused on five (5) priority topics such as Membership, Trainings and Education, Communication, Core Values, and Promotion of the Order of the Knights of Rizal.

The event aimed to come up with solutions, innovate ideas, recommendations and comprehensive plan to strengthen the Order so as to be able to deliver great results for its constituents and to deepen its adherence and commitment to the purposes and objectives for which it stands, mainly to study, propagate and emulate the life, works, and teachings of Dr. Jose Rizal.

Furthermore, the Regional and Chapter Commanders presented their past, current and proposed activities, projects, and programs which gave wonderful insights and benchmarks to other participants.
